However, once the dependence on nicotine is broken, smokers will need to give up their dependence on herbal cigarettes as well.
Herbs like St. Johns Wort and Rhodiola Rosea can help reduce cravings and provide users with feelings of relaxation and stress relief. Meanwhile, black pepper and cayenne pepper can both be useful in controlling nicotine cravings. These herbal remedies can be used alone or in combination with traditional smoking cessation techniques or with acupuncture and hypnotherapy. However, you should seek advice from a medical professional before beginning an herbal remedy regimen. Unlike hypnotherapy and acupuncture, herbs can have side effects or interact negatively with other medications.
